These categories are calculated by square footage, rebates are given for large surfaces. Please call for an estimate.
UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE
These categories are calculated per place (the number of places is not
always calculated in relation to the number of cushions (for example: a 3 place sofa can have 2 or even 1 cushion).
UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE PROTECTOR
This category is calculated per place and per removable cushion of the same material.
WALLS
Just give us the size of your room (length X width) and we will be able to give
you the price for the cleaning of the walls and floor of that room.
The interior is done with our extraction system and a variety of specialized
cleaning products that remove : rust, calcium, grease, tar, etc.
This included the cleaning of: carpets, doors, seats, ashtrays, windows and
the vinyl is treated with ArmorAll.
DIVERSE SURFACES
This category includes all the surfaces that are not mentioned in the above list and that are part of the building or the exterior around the building such as the side walks, masonery and/or siding, etc. Those surfaces are part of a specific and individual estimate .
